Agricultural Machinery Rental Application

It is a digital AgriTech platform that connects users who need agricultural machinery with equipment owners who provide machines for rental. The platform is designed to simplify the entire rental process, from searching and selecting equipment to booking and managing rentals, all within a single digital ecosystem.

User Journey & Rental Flow

One of the key focuses of the project is to make the rental process simple, even though there are many business processes running behind the scenes. The user journey is designed step by step so users do not need to understand the complexity of the rental system.

Agile Delivery & Team Coordination

Development is managed using an Agile and iterative approach. I coordinate activities between business stakeholders, UI/UX Designers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA/Testers, as well as other parties involved in integration and deployment.

Project Manager Responsibilities

In this project, my key responsibilities include requirement gathering & business analysis, product backlog management, scope & timeline planning, Sprint coordination, stakeholder management, UI/UX review, development monitoring, issue & risk management, QA/UAT coordination, change request management, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring.

Project Impact

Through the platform, agricultural machinery rental processes that previously relied heavily on manual searching and coordination can be transformed into a more accessible, structured, transparent, and measurable digital experience. The platform also creates opportunities for equipment owners to improve asset utilization while expanding user access to agricultural technology and mechanization.
