Electric Bus IoT & Payment System
The IoT Bus & Payment TOB Project focuses on managing and optimizing the technologies that support the operations of the Medan City Electric Bus service. The IoT implementation includes integrated monitoring of various onboard devices and systems, such as GPS, MDVR, CCTV, OBU, network connectivity, and other supporting equipment. This enables real-time visibility into fleet and device conditions, supporting day-to-day operations, improving system reliability, and facilitating faster issue identification and resolution in the field.
ERP Service and Maintenance
An integrated service platform designed to simplify and streamline the product service process. It enables customers to submit warranty claims without going through a lengthy registration process, monitor complaint and service status, and access a centralized channel for all service-related interactions. The system is also equipped with an internal Service ERP that supports end-to-end operational processes, including work order and ticket management, spare parts sales, technician monitoring, technician modules, product and spare parts inventory management, as well as service billing and payment generation.
Agricultural Machinery Rental Application
A digital AgriTech platform that connects farmers and other users with agricultural equipment and machinery owners through an integrated rental ecosystem, making access to agricultural mechanization easier, more efficient, and more structured.
Vehicle Service Monitoring System
The Vehicle Service Monitoring System (SMSK) is an integrated digital platform designed to manage and enhance the end-to-end vehicle after-sales service experience. The system monitors the vehicle journey from arrival at the dealership, service reception and repair process, technician activity monitoring, and overnight vehicle status, through to service completion and vehicle handover to the customer. This information provides better visibility for Service Advisors, Foremen, Technicians, and Management into the status and progress of every vehicle being handled.
AML & Risk Management System
The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Risk Management System is an integrated platform designed to help financial institutions perform transaction monitoring, suspicious activity identification, customer risk assessment, alert management, investigation, and risk reporting in a more structured manner. The system combines transaction data with customer profiles to help compliance and risk teams detect potential anomalies more quickly, manage follow-up actions based on risk levels, and maintain a clear process trail for audit and evaluation purposes.
